Meet The Physical Therapists
TOM FISCHER, FL

Tom Fischer, PT - Owner, Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

Tom graduated in 1986 with an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from Broward Community College and earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1989 from Florida International University. He has practiced in both outpatient and acute care settings since August 1986. In 2001, he opened Quality Performance Rehabilitation, Inc. with business partner Patrick Neveux, PT, MSPT.

Tom is an entrepreneur at heart and began his career in private practice because of the increased autonomy and ability to provide high-quality, outcome-based patient care. He is highly skilled in the evaluation and treatment of general orthopedic and neurological conditions, occupational physical therapy and has obtained additional training in the evaluation and treatment of balance and vestibular disorders. Tom is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Florida Physical Therapy Association.

Tom has served in various positions within the Florida Physical Therapy Association and served as a delegate to the American Physical Therapy Association House of Delegates from 1993-2000. He has been involved with the Special Olympics since 2004 and currently serves as the Florida Coordinator of FunFitness for Special Olympics. Tom earned the Rick Shutes Committee Service Award from the Florida Physical Therapy Association for his hard work and dedication to Special Olympics.

PATRICK NEVEUX, FL

Patrick Neveux, PT, MSPT - Owner, Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

Patrick Neveux graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education Training from East Tennessee State University. In 1986, he earned his Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from Broward Community College. In 1993, Mr. Neveux graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and continued on to earn a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1994. Mr. Neveux has practiced in the outpatient and home health settings since 1986.

In 1999, Mr. Neveux opened Quality Performance Physical Therapy which transitioned to Quality Performance Rehabilitation, Inc. in 2001 when he partnered with Mr. Thomas Fischer, PT. His enthusiasm for treating a wide variety of conditions sparked Mr. Neveux’s interest in private practice as he felt he would have more opportunities to partner with the community and could provide physical therapy services to a wider patient population. He is highly skilled in the evaluation and treatment of general orthopedic and neurological conditions, sport-specific injuries and has obtained additional training in balance and vestibular disorders and ETPS Neuromechanical Therapy.

Mr. Neveux is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Florida Physical Therapy Association. His areas of interest include orthopedics and professional athletic sports health. Mr. Neveux has served as the President for the St. James Orthodox Council, and as a board member for Sarah’s Kitchen. He enjoys tennis, fishing, boating, and helping others.

TOM LANGER, FL

Tom Langer, PT, CSCS - Owner, Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

Tom Langer, PT, CSCS is the clinic director of our clinics in Ft. Pierce, Florida and Stuart, Florida. He has spent his 10-year physical therapy career practicing in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation facilities, specializing in sports medicine and rehabilitation. Tom has experience treating a variety of diagnoses and has had great success in treating the shoulder, knee, spine and sports-related injuries with a focus on returning to sport. Tom has worked with current and retired athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS (major league soccer), arena football league, and professional wakeboarders, gymnasts from Cirque du Soleil, and college- and high-school-level athletes for their physical therapy rehabilitation.

Tom is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Florida Physical Therapy Association, the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Tom is proud to have been previously elected by his peers to sit on the Florida Physical Therapy Association board as an East Central District Nominating Committee Member and an Assembly Representative.

Tom was honored to work closely with the Special Olympics Florida and served as clinical director and state director of FUNFitness, the physical therapy division of the Special Olympics, for nine years in a volunteer capacity. Tom has also been honored in the media, as his physical therapy knowledge has been featured during on-air segments on the Orlando-based FOX 35 television news station.

Tom received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida in 2008 and his Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College in Orlando, Florida in 1999. As a proponent of education, Tom has proudly been a clinical instructor for physical therapy students and is a strong supporter of the art & science of physical therapy.  He believes that education to both his patients and his student interns is paramount to successful outcomes.  Tom has been an adjunct professor of Kinesiology and Anatomy & Physiology at the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Seminole State College.  Recently, Tom was honored as a featured alumnus by the faculty and staff at the University of Central Florida.

Tom Langer is dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care, successful outcomes, and a focus on the evidence-based practice of physical therapy.

Meet Our Team

TOM LANGER, FL

CLAUDIA ZARRATE, REHAB AIDE

Mrs. Zarrate graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Senora del Rosario in Bogota, Columbia. Mrs. Zarrate practiced as a licensed Physical Therapist in Columbia for 12 years before moving to Florida. Mrs. Zarrate earned her Advanced Technical Certificate in Manual Techniques in 2006, and has been working as a rehab aide in both the outpatient, and long term care settings since 2007.

She is fluent in English and Spanish and has training in various areas including Alzheimer’s disease, resident rights, ergonomics, prosthetics/orthotics, mandibular dysfunction, and low back pain. Mrs. Zarrate is a member of the Columbian Association of Physical Therapy. Claudia enjoys yoga, culinary arts, and dancing.

Linda Fannin, Physical Therapy Assistant

Linda graduated in 2016 with an Associates in Physical Therapy Assistant from Keiser University, West Palm Beach. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.  Linda did internships in outpatient and acute care rehabilitation before she joined the QPR team.

Linda has lived in Port St. Lucie since 1996 and previously worked in the financial industry.  She has volunteered for St. Lucie County Schools, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Dogs on Deployment.  She is passionate about helping people and animals alike.

JOANNE BRADLEY, PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Joanne is a full time physical therapy assistant of our clinic in Ft. Pierce, Florida. She works with patients to help them improve their quality of life. Joanne believes that quality care and patient safety is her number one priority.

Joanne holds an Associates in Science degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from Indian River State College. She has volunteered her time with Autism Speaks: West Palm Beach and Wings To Fly Dance Company harnessing a young woman with cerebral palsy, giving her the opportunity to dance on stage with trained dancers. Joanne is LSVT Big (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment) certified. She is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Florida Physical Therapy Association.

Joanne has lived in Port St. Lucie since 2005 and loves to spend her free time with her family at the beach, traveling, kayaking, working out, and most of all watching her son play baseball.

Michele graduated in 2012 with an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from Indian River State College. She has practiced in the inpatient rehab, acute, and outpatient settings. She enjoys going to the beach, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

SHAWN Koblegard, PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Shawn is one of our full time physical therapy assistants at our clinic in Ft. Pierce, Florida. He works with patients to help them improve their quality of life, with activities of daily living, community, household, work and sport functionality.

Shawn graduated from Indian River State College with an Associates in Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistance and graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Anthropology. Shawn is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Shawn has worked in all settings of physical therapy, providing a wide range of experience which he brings to Quality Performance Rehabilitation. Shawn’s ultimate goal is to provide the best care to his patients and works towards rehabilitating patients to their full potential at work, life and play.
